Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Frequently Asked Questions
How are my items shipped?
All orders are sent with Royal Mail.
- UK orders are sent 2nd Class.
- International orders are sent International Standard.
Upgrades are available to have the package sent with tracked and/or signed service.

Care instructions
It is recommended that you remove your jewellery when you shower, bathe or engage in heavy exercise particularly in the sea or swimming pools. Avoid direct contacts with chemicals, such as perfumes, creams or any other liquids.
Sizing details
Measure your wrist (where you would normally wear your bracelet) using a flexible measuring tape or a strip of paper.
If using a plain strip of paper, mark your strip with a pen where the end of the bracelet needs to be. Then measure the paper strip with a ruler.
This is your wrist size.
