Lava stone comes from volcanic rock and is therefore a grounding stone.
Add a drop of essential oil to the lava stone and let it slowly diffuse as you wear it.
Carnelian is referred to as a "sun stone" and thought to symbolize the element of fire. Carnelian is also considered to be a stone of great spirituality. In addition, it is believed by some to be a medicinal gem with a wondrous capacity for bestowing mental and physical healing properties.
Beads are 8mm and strung on strong stretch cord.

How are my items shipped?
All orders are sent with Royal Mail.
- UK orders are sent 2nd Class.
- International orders are sent International Standard.

It is recommended that you remove your jewellery when you shower, bathe or engage in heavy exercise particularly in the sea or swimming pools. Avoid direct contacts with chemicals, such as perfumes, creams or any other liquids.
Sizing details
Measure your wrist (where you would normally wear your bracelet) using a flexible measuring tape or a strip of paper.
If using a plain strip of paper, mark your strip with a pen where the end of the bracelet needs to be. Then measure the paper strip with a ruler.
